First Analysis

How It Works

WPLink runs a single "Analyze" command that handles everything automatically:

1. 1Crawling: Fetches all posts and pages via WordPress REST API
2. 2Processing: Converts HTML to markdown, cleans content
3. 3Embedding: Creates vector embeddings for similarity search
4. 4Analyzing: Finds linking opportunities using AI

You don't need to run these steps separately. One click does it all.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• Added your WordPress site
• Configured an AI provider in Settings

Running Analysis

   Go to the Sites page

   Click "Analyze" on your site

   The button shows a sparkle icon. Progress will display as it runs through each step.

   Wait for completion

   You'll see progress for: Crawling → Processing → Embedding → Analyzing

   View results

   When done, you'll be taken to the Opportunities page to review discovered links.

What You'll See

After analysis, each opportunity shows:

Re-running Analysis

You can run analysis again anytime. Useful after:

• Publishing new content
• Making significant edits to existing posts
• Applying links (to find new opportunities)

Use "Reset Data" from the site menu if you want to clear everything and start fresh.
